All of us have dreams of visiting the North Pole at some point during childhood. We nod off during the holiday season thinking about Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the elves diligently working to prepare for Christmas Eve. Here in Arizona, you can experience that magic firsthand at this enchanting elf village.
Your magical journey to the North Pole departs from Little America Hotel, located at 2515 E Butler Ave., Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Santa and his hardworking elves eagerly await your arrival.
First stop: the Toy Hall of Fame. Here, you'll marvel at Saint Nick's very finest creations since he first began bringing glimmers to the wide eyes of little boys and girls each year.
Next, join the big-eared, little creatures as they diligently build toys for tiny tots to open on Christmas morning. Who knows - maybe they'll ask you to join their team permanently!
All that hammering and chiseling works up quite an appetite, so you'll be pleased to know your next stop is Mrs. Claus' Bakery. The North Pole's headmistress has hot cocoa and cookies waiting for her famished helpers, and one bite will send your taste buds straight to holiday heaven.
Once your belly is full, it's time to learn all the ins and outs of being an elf. Earn your diploma at Elf University after fun classes covering topics like toy making, North Pole geography, and everything in between.
Finally, a visit to the mail room lets you send a personalized letter to the big man in red. You'll also tour his top-secret sleigh hangar before heading back home.
Each family will get some one-on-one time with Santa himself. Complimentary photos and a commemorative 10th anniversary teddy bear are his special gifts to you.
The North Pole Experience is held twice daily from 8 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Click here for more information and to purchase tickets.
