LouVino In Cincinnati Takes Brunch To A Whole New Level

Brunch is such a fantastic concept, especially given it allows us to start the day slowly and still enjoy a delicious meal that includes many breakfast favorites. It’s also a treat to find out that our city is home to a new restaurant that not only has an incredible Tapas menu for dinner but also takes brunch to a whole new level. LouVino is a new eatery in Over-the-Rhine that puts a fantastic twist on southern-style dishes and also serves up a brunch that you won’t want to miss.

LouVino is a new restaurant in OTR that first began in Louisville because a local couple saw a need for an outstanding wine destination in the city. It did so well that they've expanded and Cincinnati was lucky enough to get one of these unique eateries.

The OTR location is a beautiful and elegant restaurant but definitely has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. They serve dinner and brunch on the weekends, all with a menu that is unique to the Queen City's location.

Since the restaurant all began with the idea of being a wine-lover's destination, you can expect to find an impressive selection. They also have a wonderful beer and cocktail list that's perfect to pair with either dinner or brunch.

Brunch at LouVino was originally an afterthought, as dinner was the only meal served. But it's been so popular that you can now enjoy their brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

When you arrive for brunch, the first thing you'll want to do is order a $2 mimosa. And then as you ponder over menu choices such as Stuffed French Toast, Pancake Tacos, and Chicken Biscuit Sliders, just know ahead of time that your mouth will surely be watering.

LouVino has two Louisville locations, one in Fishers, Indiana, and now one in Cincinnati, and each menu is different based on the local tastes, the Chef's specialties, and what's in season. Of course on the Cincinnati menu, a favorite is the Biscuits n/ Gravy which includes house goetta gravy and a sunny side up egg.

If you can't make it to brunch at LouVino, dinner really is equally as tasty, and be sure to bring a few friends along. Menu items are served as generous small plates, perfect for sharing, and for trying many menu items during one meal.

LouVino has taken several classic southern dishes, such as fried green tomatoes, shown below, and added their own flavorful twist. While we are particularly fond of brunch, any meal is a great one at this wonderful new restaurant in Cincinnati.

LouVino is a new favorite brunch spot in Cincinnati and also has an excellent dinner and drinks menu that make it an all-around must-try in the Queen City.
