There’s really no better date night than dinner and a movie, and you can have both at the Kelso Theater Pub. And that might not be all. In addition to being a hot spot in town to enjoy a piping hot pizza and the latest blockbuster, this spot is rumored to be haunted by multiple spirits.

Its exact age is unknown. Some locals say it opened in 1937, but according to the Cowlitz County Historical Museum, the theater has existed at this address since the 1910s. Whenever it opened, it was originally called The Vogue Theatre.

Some investigators believe they’ve seen the apparition of an old man in a dark suit standing in the lobby and a black cat in the men’s restroom. A psychic who came to the theater has said that two little girls haunt the women’s restroom, and a ghost named Franklin walks the balcony.
