Yellowstone Park is known for gorgeous geysers, thermal springs, and of course, beautiful waterfall hikes. One of the best hikes in the park is often skipped over for the more famous Canyon area hikes, and it’s so worth discovering. Journey down into Sheepeater Canyon to the base of Osprey Falls for an adventure you’re sure to love.

At first, the hike to Osprey Falls is easy - a two mile service road takes you almost all the way to your destination.

Grizzly Bears frequent this area, so you’ll want to carry bear spray. To get to the trail head, drive south from Monmouth until you pass Golden Gate Bridge. Park on the left in the Glen Creek Trailhead parking lot, and begin your trek down Old Bunsen Peak Road Trail.
