The Blue Moose got its modest start in 2006 in the home of then-14-year-old Skylar Bird, who, with friends, began serving homemade meals to their friends and family.

The small, home eatery quickly gained local interest. And, a supper club was born.

Then, in 2011, after Bird had honed his culinary skills, he opened the Blue Moose Restaurant & Cafe, a two-story eatery in New Hope.

Today, the quaint restaurant features an eclectic menu with a European flare. Blue Moose Restaurant & Cafe offers cozy seating on two levels *and* outdoor seating, weather-permitting.

Visiting for brunch? Then, choose from an assortment of scrumptious dishes, including omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, and burgers. (And, that's just the delicious beginning.)

The dinner menu rotates by season. During summer, for example, entrees include pork chops, chicken marsala, and stuffed portabello.

Of course, dinner wouldn't be complete without dessert. Choose from such scrumptious options as chocolate bourbon mousse, strawberry cobbler, and cheesecake with roasted berries.
