Taking a stroll through the garden can be very relaxing, for some it can even be a bit therapeutic. However, during the hottest days of the summer, it can be almost unbearable to head outside during the day. Luckily, you can now take a stroll under the stars at this illuminated garden walk. Visit the Missouri Botanical Gardens for a stunning nighttime stroll beneath spectacular lights and images.
Each night at dusk, the garden transforms into a magical wonderland. Take a mile-long walk through the garden to experience the full impact of the multimedia show.
Images are also used to create stunning scenes. The Tower Grove House is one of the most spectacular spots along the path. Watch as the images and lights change during this striking display.
Doors open at 7 p.m. nightly for the Flora Borealis show. The biergarden also opens at 7 p.m. so you can enjoy snacks and drinks before you explore the garden.
This event is great for all ages. Bring the family and let your kiddos enjoy some family-oriented activities before the show. Bring a date and wow them under the garden lights.
Monday nights are perfect for a fun family outing. In addition to yard games, kids can enjoy face painting and star gazing. Plus, admission is discounted Monday through Wednesday!
Visit the garden daily from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. To see the Flora Borealis show, visit between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. You'll need about an hour to enjoy the full show, so plan for enough time to truly enjoy your visit!
