This One New Orleans Restaurant Serves Up The Most Mouthwatering Louisiana Staples
One of the best parts of living New Orleans is the food. We are blessed to live in an area that has such a unique and iconic culinary history, and we get to enjoy it every day! Here’s one of our favorite restaurants serving up some mouthwatering Louisiana cuisine you’re sure to love.

Sam Petrossi and his wife opened Petrossi’s Restaurant in 1924. Their sons continued to run the restaurant after Sam passed away, until they sold the restaurant in 1985.

When Rachael Jaffe and Tony Tocco purchased the restaurant in 2008, they shorted the name to "Atchafalaya" and introduced live music and cocktails and became a popular hang out for locals.
