Wiessner Woods is found in Stowe. The enchanting forest covers 79 acres and is protected by the Stowe Land Trust. Pass through a small meadow to reach the trailhead from the parking lot.
The forest canopy towers over your head as you walk along the network of trails. Hemlock, spruce, white pine, maple, beech and birch trees surround the well-marked paths.
