Gas station food doesn’t always have to be terrible.

Tucked away in the small town of Howard attached to a gas station, Spearman’s Restaurant is the definition of a true hidden gem. It humbly serves up some of the best comfort food in the state—and it’s a shame most people don’t know about it. Take a look:

When you step inside, you'll feel like you've been transported to your grandma's kitchen, so you know you're in for a good meal. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

You can visit Spearman's Restaurant daily from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
On the menu, you'll find sandwiches, salads and all your favorite comfort foods. Pictured below is the homemade meatloaf.
