There’s A Mississippi Shop Solely Dedicated To Biscuits And You Have To Visit

Here in Mississippi, a good biscuit is never too far away. However, if it’s variety you’re after, you need to head to The Biscuit Shop. The quaint Starkville shop specializes in, you guessed it, biscuits. Even better, the homemade biscuits come in over 40 flavors! Take a look:

This is The Biscuit Shop. It can be found on Washington Street in downtown Starkville, where it’s been located since 2015.
But even though they're made using the same technique the owner's grandma used, these are not your grandma’s biscuits! And that’s because they come in over 40 unique, seasonal flavors.
Offering just about every flavor imaginable, the tasty assortment includes sprinkles, cookies and cream, sausage and cheddar, maple bacon, lemon poppyseed, carrot cake, rosemary cheddar, peach, mixed berry, hot chocolate, red velvet, and caramel apple.
Open Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and with a fare that includes everything from dessert-inspired biscuits to those like the pizza biscuit, the shop is a great visit for breakfast or lunch.
Though biscuits are the star of the show at The Biscuit Shop, the menu does include a few other items, including the "sammich," which is a hand-held biscuit pie filled with meat or fruit, as well as iced coffee and homemade lemonade.
