We are in the heart of festival season in Cincinnati and this is a town that celebrates everything from goetta to German beer to hot air balloons. Festivals are a great way to get a bunch of people together who share a common passion, and one thing that many Cincinnatians (and humans, in general) are passionate about is… bacon.
Bacon has found its way onto the menus of every single meal of the day, served up traditionally with eggs and toast, atop a sweet donut, or even as a garnish in your favorite drink. Almost everyone loves this salty, crunchy delicacy, so it makes sense that there is a local festival to celebrate it. Bacon Fest takes place each year at the Fraze Pavilion in Kettering and everything about this festive get together is as amazing as it sounds.
Bacon Fest brings you all the bacon and in a fun, festive environment that Cincinnatians enjoy year after year. Have you attended Bacon Fest? Will you make the trip this year? Share your love for bacon with us in the comments!
