Hello, Pittsburgh! Who’s up for a stroll down Memory Lane? Remember when we used to go to our corner deli for just about anything we needed – fresh fruits and veggies, bread, milk, and even a hot, homemade meal? Well, those delis aren’t quite the norm these days. But, some – like this quaint country deli near Pittsburgh – remain, providing us with an old-fashioned neighborhood experience.
Tucked in Washington, PA, Countryside Deli promises an old-fashioned neighborhood deli experience.
And, even though it only opened in 2014, father and son duo, Dan and Corey Giovanni, founded the deli to provide customers with that neighborhood experience and good food at a good price.
Of course, you'll also find an assortment of soups, sandwiches, and salads. Pair your sit down or take out meal with local wines or beer, both sold in the deli.
Stock up on everything you need to make a scrumptious chipped chopped ham sandwich at Countryside Deli, which is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
