Where can I go berry picking in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire is a gorgeous place, and despite its tiny size, it sure does back a fierce punch in the world of farming and berry picking! There are quite a few options when it comes to places for the best berry picking; really, there are too many to mention here, but we do have some beloved favorites to recommend! Growing and picking season tends to stretch from spring to autumn, predominantly from May through October. Different months bring different fruits and vegetables in season, and New Hampshire is no exception. For blueberries, for example, some of the best places include Bartlett’s Blueberry Farm, in Newport, the Berry Good Farm, in Goffstown, and Carter Hill Orchard in Concord. Concord is something of a hotspot for berry picking in New Hampshire, and the spots we’re listing are nowhere near all of them. For strawberries, we love places in Concord like Apple Hill Farm and Rossview Farm. Outside of Concord, there’s the Barrett Hill Farm, in Mason, and Hickory Hill Farm in Dover. Which will you visit first?
