There is a place in Morgantown – a tea room, to be specific – where fantasy and whimsy are par for the course. And it is the absolute best place for the whole family.
The Tea Shoppe at Seneca Center in Morgantown is both a retail shop and a tea room.
The tea room has a whimsical air to it, even on regular days, but the fantasy element is frequently present, increasing the enjoyment of the decor and providing an inviting atmosphere for the whole family.
Very often, The Tea Shoppe holds themed parties, like this Witches and Warlocks party. Though the tea room is open to all members of the family, certain themes will likely have your daughters more interested that your sons.
But not all. They have many themes throughout the year, such as Harry Potter, and many more that are holiday based. Other themes, like one based on the Disney film Frozen , will more than likely produce a bunch of Elsa and Annas more than any other characters.
The Tea Shoppe serves more than just tea, too - they also serve seasonal sandwiches, such as their tarragon chicken salad sandwich. They also have a choice of beverages that goes beyond their selection of teas; including coffee, hot chocolate, iced tea, soft drinks and even mimosas. You can be sure that The Tea Shoppe is more than a retail shop and restaurant - it's a place where fantasies come to life for the whole family.
The Tea Shoppe at Seneca Center is located at 709 Beechurst Avenue #23 in Morgantown.
