Just outside of Nashville is one of the most amazing stores in the state of Tennessee. Whether you’re into vintage clothes, antique furniture, or anything in between, The Strawberry Patch in Hartsville, Tennessee has something for you. It’s such a hit that most locals won’t even let the secret out — it’s a precious spot for the community to gather and find the perfect decor to display in homes across the state.
We’d highly recommend a visit, even to just peruse the aisles. Who knows? You may find yourself a gem!
Hartsville, Tennessee is located roughly an hour and a half from Music City. It's a quaint little town that plays host to quite a few tried and true local families and tourists on their way north.
We came across The Strawberry Patch and its twice-yearly festivals by accident, but we'll be planning a trip soon! This last year, their fall market fell on the weekend of September 7th through the 9th and played host to more than sixty artisans.
Live music fills the gorgeous grounds of Starlite Farm, and you'll have the chance to peruse both handmade and vintage pieces throughout the multiple day sale.
It does cost a bit to get in the door, but we'd call it money well spent. If you're looking to go to the preview party, which takes place the Thursday before the market, you'll have the chance to check the goods first and enjoy complimentary cupcakes and wine for $10.
If you'd rather join for the original show? Then it's $5 a person for Friday and Saturday, and all kids come for free. You may have seen The Strawberry patch featured in Country Living Magazine, or maybe you found it here — either way, we can't encourage you to visit enough!
The Strawberry Patch hosts an antique and vintage shopping event multiple times a year and was officially the first ever "Barn Sale" in the state of Tennessee. It's a gorgeous spot, a beautiful space, and definitely deserves a line on your bucket list.
