Built in 1901 by Charles Ringling, this massive estate was in their family for a century and is just now being opened for public use. Built by one of the most influential families of the area in 1848, the bottom floor of this building likely served as the post office while the family lived on the second floor and the top floor was used as meeting space. This 1881 building has been lovingly and painstakingly restored after falling into disrepair. It's now a founding member of the Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast Association, and folks rave about a stay here and the lovely hosts. Located at 406 Mulberry St, Lake Mills, WI 53551.
