How can we say anything about the Frozen Tundra and use the term "best weather" in the same sentence? Yes, I'd much rather be on a beach in Florida than in Wisconsin during the winter, and that's why many people visit there. Still, summers are nice, rain is lower than the national average, and there are 192 sunny days each year.
