Missouri has many gorgeous state parks but there are some that really dazzle in the fall. Roaring River State Park is one of Missouri’s most beautiful parks once the leaves begin to change colors. With warm days still ahead, early fall is one of the best times to go for a hike in Missouri. Enjoy the many trails at Roaring River State Park but be sure to take Devil’s Kitchen Trail up to an above ground cave for a surreal experience.
