You will find smaller crowds during the winter months. However, the campground is closed during this time of year but you can park outside and walk to the hot springs.
The crystal clear turquoise waters are something you have to see with your own eyes. There's also a good chance you may even spot wildlife such as deer or elk grazing on nearby foliage. A soak in these hot springs in Idaho is almost like a dream.
