Here are the top things you probably don’t want to bring up if you’re trying to just have calm conversation…or if you don’t want to end up in a long debate!
In true New Orleans fashion, even though new regulations have been created to put this issue to bed, it's still one of the hottest ones you'll come across. You never know who got evicted because their landlord wanted to airbnb....or who has an extra apartment in their house that they are making bank on. Tread cautiously.
